BayFest is the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce's one-day festival on Pine Avenue in the city of Anna Maria, at the north end of the island.

The Chamber's 2025 listing advertised free admission, a car show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., a food court and live music. The Chamber's event page has this year's lineup as it is announced.

Pine Avenue is a drive or a ride north on the free island trolley from the cottage in Holmes Beach.

  • Every stay is at least 7 nights. The checkout shows the itemised total before you pay.
  • Pool heat is added to online bookings by default ($150 for a one-week stay; the office adjusts it for longer stays). You can decline it - just ask the office.
  • Bringing your dog (one dog up to 35 lb)? The $150 per week pet fee is charged at booking.
