How do I check availability?

Use the live calendar on our availability page, call the BeachRentals.Mobi office at 941-778-1979, or send us your preferred dates using the form above. Stays are 7 nights or longer. In the manager's busier rate periods, online bookings need a Saturday check-in, and check-out can be any day as long as the stay is at least 7 nights. For another arrival day in those weeks, call the office.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Yes. We welcome one dog up to 35 lb, approved in advance. The pet fee is $150 per week, charged at booking, and some breeds are not allowed.

How far is the beach?

The cottage is one house off the beach, with direct beach access and no road to cross.

What's included in the rental?

A private saltwater pool in a fenced backyard, the covered outdoor bar pavilion by the pool, an outdoor shower, a remodeled kitchen with a freezer, WiFi, central air, a washer and dryer, bed and bath linens, pool and beach towels, and parking for three vehicles. Pool heat is added to online bookings by default ($150 for a one-week stay; the office adjusts it for longer stays). You can decline it - just ask the office.
