Monthly Beach Rentals in Anna Maria Island
A longer stay at The Sandbox is one booking of any length from 7 nights up: check-out can be any day, the rent follows each season's weekly rate for the nights you stay, and there is no separate monthly rate or discount. Winter on the island is mild and unhurried, the beach is one house away with no road to cross, and daily errands stay easy. This stay style is ideal for time to settle into island life for a month or more.
Planning 28 nights or more? Contact us and we will help you line up the weeks. In many rate periods, including most of the winter, the online booking needs a Saturday check-in, and check-out can be any day as long as the stay is at least 7 nights. For another arrival day, call the BeachRentals.Mobi office at 941-778-1979.
Why Sandbox Beach House works for long stays
The Sandbox is a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage for up to 6 guests, set up for real living: central air, a washer and dryer, WiFi, TVs, a remodeled kitchen with a dishwasher and a freezer, and parking for 3 vehicles. Out back, in a fenced backyard, are a private saltwater pool, the outdoor bar pavilion and a gas grill, and there is an outdoor shower for after the beach; online bookings add pool heat by default ($150 for one week), the office adjusts it for longer stays, and you can decline it. One dog up to 35 lb is welcome with approval ($150 per week pet fee, charged at booking).
Local context for seasonal living
Holmes Beach sits mid-island, so daily errands stay easy: a Walgreens plaza is within walking distance, the free island trolley runs up and down the island, and a full supermarket is a short drive away. Bradenton's hospitals are on the mainland, a drive over the bridge.
