The fun starts at the Chamber of Commerce at 4PM.
We will judge the costume contest at 4:30 PM.
Immediately following the costume contest, the kids can then begin Trick-or-Treating on the Trail of Treats at participating local island businesses from 5PM to 6:30PM . A list of participating businesses will be provided.
